He handled Business Banking, Operations, back-office functions, and other support services, in leading Islamic and Conventional Banks in the region (Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar). Where he sponsored and directed several major FO/BO initiatives, and business restructuring assignments.

Samer M. Amro

Executive Advisor, Operational Excellence

An experienced executive manager who until recently headed the Banking Operation Division at local Jordanian bank. Had multiple responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of reliable operations activities.

He also led the a number of Business Development functions, including Product Development, Service Quality, and Performance Management.

Launched a number of innovative products, such as, Kafala Product (the 1st in Islamic Banks in Jordan for SMEs in cooperation with the Jordan Loan Guarantee Company), Travel Finance, and Medical Finance.

Moreover, he has hands-on experience in Sales Management, Balance Score-Card Performance Methodology, and managing multiple delivery channels.
